1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Binafit ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must accept these terms on first launch before using any features.

2. Description of Service

Binafit is a mobile fitness application that provides workout tracking, camera-based exercise rep counting using on-device AI, progress statistics, and related fitness features. The app is available on iOS and Android platforms.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using email/password or Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Use the app only for personal, non-commercial fitness tracking
  • Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the app
  • Do not use the app in any way that violates applicable laws
  • Do not interfere with the app's functionality or security

5. Health Disclaimer

Binafit is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The app's rep counting, workout suggestions, and statistics are for informational purposes only. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program. Use the app at your own risk.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding in Binafit are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Subscriptions (Binafit Premium)

Binafit offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions ("Binafit Premium") through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Available plans may include weekly, monthly, and annual options. The price and billing period for each plan are shown in the store before you confirm a purchase.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device account settings (Apple ID → Subscriptions on iOS; Google Play → Subscriptions on Android).
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Subscription purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their respective terms. We use RevenueCat to help manage subscription status in the app; purchase and renewal are handled by the app store you used to subscribe.

Refunds

Except where required by applicable law or by the refund policies of the platform through which you purchased (including Apple's or Google's applicable store policies), all fees paid for Binafit Premium subscriptions are non-refundable. We do not routinely issue refunds for partial subscription periods, unused time, downgrades, or renewals you failed to cancel before the billing date.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may, in our sole and absolute discretion, consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval. If we approve a discretionary refund, the amount returned may be reduced by non-refundable transaction fees, payment-processing charges, currency conversion costs, platform commissions, taxes, chargeback or dispute fees, and any other costs directly associated with the original purchase or the administration of the refund. Approval in one instance does not create any obligation to approve refunds in similar circumstances in the future.

For purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you should first submit refund requests through the applicable store's standard refund process where available. Contact us at admin@binafit.com only if you need assistance after following that process or if your purchase was not made through those platforms.

8. Advertising

The app may display advertisements through third-party ad networks. Ad content is provided by third parties and we are not responsible for the accuracy or content of advertisements.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app's Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Binafit and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
